No bottleneck at Feldschlösschen

In Rheinfelden at the famous Feldschlösschen, we were asked to remove an 18t can filling line incl. can seamer and to bring the new line right back into the production halls. It had to be done quickly, because nobody wants to risk a beer bottleneck. So we were on location on Saturday and again on Monday.

We used our heavy-duty trolleys to move the old machinery through the running production hall onto a temporary platform, where it was loaded onto the transport vehicle by the 90t pneau crane. The new machine was brought into the factory hall in reverse, precisely positioned according to the customer’s layout, and is soon filling ten thousands of 33cl and 50cl beer cans per hour again.

Thanks to the good planning and efficient cooperation of the involved project partners, we were able to complete the order on schedule in the shortest possible time.
